We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately. Once an order has reached the "Dispatched" stage, we are unable to cancel it, but we can assist you with a return once it arrives.

We have a national flat fee rate per order for Australian only deliveries. We do not add the shipping costs into product pricing.

No. Under Australian Consumer Law, a manufacturer cannot void your warranty simply because you used a third-party consumable. We stand by the quality of our compatibles 100%.
