Pricing: We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, OSTU reserves the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

Order Rejection: We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel your order whenever necessary (e.g., stock unavailability or suspected fraud).

5. Payments

We accept: Credit Card, Shop, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. 
By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge the amount due to that instrument.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Coverage: Delivery is available across Australia. Please select your State and Postcode at checkout.

Timeframes: Delivery typically takes 1 to 4 business days. These are estimates only; OSTU is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances.

Accuracy: We are not liable for goods delivered to an incorrect address due to inaccurate information provided by the user.

7. Refunds and Returns

Goods: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receipt for items that are faulty or do not match the description.

Change of Mind: We do not generally offer refunds for change of mind once a cartridge seal has been broken.

Services: All installation and support services are non-refundable once performed.

Return Authority: For all returns, you must visit www.ostu.com.au/returns to obtain an approved Return Authority (RA) number before sending goods back.

8. Consumer Protection Law

Where the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) applies, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL, including your right to a replacement or refund for a major failure.

9. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

OSTU and our directors, officers, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Site. By using this Site, you indemnify OSTU against any claims arising out of your violation of these Terms.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland.
